IN LUXOR Nile Apartments

The view

The worst part which actually made us leave early was that the power is switched off 2pm - 5pm each day - the hottest part of the day when you don’t want to be on the heat, meaning no air con. This was horrendous and ruined our stay.

the boss and staff were enthusiastic, the first night we arrived luxor, they upgraded my room to have a good view of nile river. and the roof also has good view.

Location is a bit strange when you first arrive but latter you get comfortable with the boat taking you to the other side of the river where you have the restaurants, museums etc The flat was very big, not so modern but OK. It was clean and had a balcony, even on the ground floor. The host was great, he helped me a lot with the Luxor sightseeing and also with the boat arrangements and the taxi to the airport.

Breakfast at the terrace was very nice still I only had it once due to weather conditions (too windy and sandy).

bedroom could not close properly, TV not working (the housekeeper tried to fix it and didnt work again at the end)

i cancelled the hot air balloon ride due to tight schedule ... the manager was very upset

Location was great, the owner was very friendly and helpful.

There was a water blockage in the bathtub while showering. Internet was not always working properly, but other than that it was all good.
