Like? We LOVED staying here! To set the scene — this is a wonderfully relaxed and quiet location, perfect for unwinding. It’s close to the airport, which we actually enjoyed — watching the small number of planes (about 10 a day) taking off and landing became a fun little ritual for us! We even found ourselves guessing the airline and destination, and checking flight apps for confirmation — simple joys! The property is just a short 5-minute walk from an incredible beach with a lovely beach bar called Spasmarta Beach. They serve a good variety of food — salads, chips, sandwiches — and drinks including cocktails, coffee, ice cream, crisps, and even protein bars. Sunbeds are available for €12 per pair per day, and we found it the perfect spot to relax with everything you need close by. If you're looking to explore more or get to restaurants and bars, you’ll need transport. We hired a car during our first week, which gave us the freedom to explore the island — from scenic beaches to charming little ports. Everything felt within an hour’s drive, including the ferry to Lixouri, which was a highlight! For our last few days, we switched to taxis, which were about €18 each way to/from Argostoli. The taxi company recommended by our host was excellent — we could WhatsApp or call, and it felt like having our own private driver service. Do keep in mind that we visited in September, so availability was great. In peak season, there may be more of a wait, so plan ahead if you're visiting during the summer rush. Whilst the apartment was basic, this is reflected in the reasonable costs and our apartment was cleaned every three days, with fresh towels and bed linen provided regularly. The hosts were responsive and helpful — always available if we needed anything, but never intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all, we had a fantastic time. This was the perfect balance of peace, beach access, and the ability to explore.

We really didn’t have much to complain about. If we had to mention something, we would have preferred the two-bedroom apartment to have two separate bedrooms and a separate kitchen. In our case, it was one bedroom and one combined bedroom/kitchen. This is more of a personal preference, as having separate rooms would have offered a bit more privacy for those sleeping in the kitchen area. That said, it didn’t really bother us. The only other minor issue was that the fridge was a bit noisy. Otherwise, we don’t have anything else to mention — we had a great stay!

Proprietario della struttura è gentile e disponibile e accogliente. La struttura ha una buona posizione comoda per arrivare dall'aeroporto e comoda per raggiungere tutte le parti dell'isola. Molto carino immerso nel verdee fronte mare La stanza ha tutto poter cucinare. Il letto abbastanza comodo.

il bagno direi che debba essere ristrutturato era piccolo e con una tendina direi poco igienica per la doccia

We had a wonderful time.The accomodation was adequate,beds comfortable.We especially enjoyed the balcony with the marvellous sea view.The grounds were very picturesque,and Fotis was a very helpful host.The location was ideal ,very close to the airport and a ten minute drive to Argostoli.Very good value for money

Ottima posizione,spiagge vicine. Fotis ha dato buoni suggerimenti. Struttura molto bella, bello lo spazio esterno con vista tramonto e decollo aerei ( per nulla fastidioso)
