Nice and clean, close to the beaches and airport. I would like to especially mention the host, Fotis — he was very kind and helpful in every way.

the air conditioner requires a cleaning, because it had bad smell and the was not powerful enough

- nice appartment complex with beautiful garden, near the airport, quiet area, 5 mins walking to the beach ( very nice one), all clean & comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed & the balcony is a perfect spot for sunsets

Great value for money. Close to a beautiful Beach and airport. Our room was nice and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. The host Foris was very helpful.

The grounds were beautiful.

Getting to the property very poor roads. One way in and same way out. 2 cars didn’t fit on the road at the same time so one of the cars had to back up to make way for the other car to pass. Nothing to eat or nothing to drink on the property. Had to get in the car, travel 20 minutes to find food and drink as most of deliveries weren’t happening at the property so far away from everything. Also, so close to the airport, you can hear all the planes taking off with a loud roar.

Everything, except that the bathroom was not renovated.

The location is good, very close to some beautiful sandy beaches. Although it's near the airport, it's not a problem - the planes can be heard just for a few seconds, during the night there are none. It is for sure more of an attraction than disruption. Fotis (the owner) is super responsive and provides you everything you need: information about the area, beaches, restaurants etc., free sun-umbrella, he even let us leave our luggage at the reception the last day and take the shower (we had our flight in the evening). The house has a big garden with an outside kitchen, grill, table, playground for kids, free parking... I would really recommend Mirtia studios.

The room was not very confortable, the bathroon didn't had no light and no resguard to the bathroon. The small kitchen was not funcional at all too. The ar conditioner was very old and didn't had much strength and did not function very well. And the airport it's at 300 metros, de literally can say bye to people when they arrive or go.

It was mostly very good, but wifi needs improvement, a bit slow and buggy.
