Location is fantastic with a spectacular sea view looking in Burriana beach from a large balcony

Two single beds were not ideal for a couple, bathroom is quite tight and you’ve to climb over the toilet to get in the shower, property was also completely empty, it’s nice when there’s some water and basic bits like, salt, pepper etc.

Flush in toilet that wasn't working. Entire toilet had to be replaced. WiFi only available in mornings for a few hours.

The location was excellent. Being right in front of Burriana Beach was a huge advantage, as we didn’t have to climb the steep hill every time we wanted to return to the apartment. The Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfectly manageable. The apartment was clean, but the furniture was very old, and the sofas were quite uncomfortable. There was no hot water during our stay, and the water pressure was extremely low, both in the shower and at the bathroom sink. There was only one air conditioner, located in the living room. It was very old and extremely noisy. Sleeping without air conditioning was impossible due to the heat, but sleeping with it on was also uncomfortable because of the constant loud humming noise. Unfortunately, opening the bedroom window was not an option either, as there was a manhole cover directly below it that made a very loud banging noise every time a car drove over it, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

La grande terrasse et la vue sur mer. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Si vous voulez avoir un stationnement il faut le demander à l'avance car ils ont deux emplacements de stationnement pour trois appartements. Nous n'avons pas eu le stationnement privé mais il y avait des places gratuites dans les rues autour. Il faudrait que cette information soit ajoutée dans la description de booking pour éviter les malentendus car je croyais que mon stationnement était réservé avec l'appartement.

L'emplacement idéal pour profiter au mieux de la plage, la terrasse un gros plus .

Pas de lit de deux places en plus On entends tout les bruits de la rue et malheureusement pendant notre séjour il y avait pleins travaux .

Voor minder mobiele personen ongeschikt. Op de wc zitten vergt veel lenigheid. Communicatie alleen in Spaans. Tv-aansluiting was defect.

Pegado a la playa. Gran patio con vistas. Cocina completa, baño completo y sofá cama salón muy cómodo también!

Me encantó la ubicación, las vistas y la comodidad del apartamento.

Lo que no me gustó es que nos tocó averiada la televisión y la wifi.
