Apartamentos Plaza

The flat was clean upon arrival. The location is perfect

It might be noisy a bit since all the cafes and restaurants are just below the apartment. But for us it was ok.

Great location on main square of Nerja. About 5mins walk to the Balcon. Apartment 3a benefited from two balconies, which was perfect for breakfast in the sun! The apartments were well equipped and Bea was a great host and very receptive to enquiries, and easy to contact. The small rooftop pool area was lovely, sunny and quiet, but the pool is more of a plunge pool than for lane swimming.

Not really a dislike but you may have to request cleaning/towel change if staying longer than a week. To note: The door is on a pedestrian lane at the back of the Plaza so cars cannot drive right up to the apartment entrance.

Réaction rapide du gestionnaire et explications efficaces. Emplacement top pour l’hiver/printemps. Deux salles de bains. Logement et immeuble propre, place de parking.cuisine avec de tt comme ustensiles.

Terrasse trop petite et pas représentative de ce que l’ont peut voir en photos. On ne sait pas quel logement on réserve.. douche de salle de bain étroite avec pommeau de douche de mauvaise qualité. Piscine commune ressemble plus à une baignoire et pas représentative de l’offre. Prix un peu exorbitant par rapport au logement.

The location was excellent and apartment was very clean

The location of the apartment was fantastic. The size and space in the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the small roof top pool which was a perfect for our toddler! We loved being in the lively square. Bea was exceptional in helping us find the apartment and also responding to any questions we had during our stay.

There we no real negatives, but if I had to choose one I'd say it was annoying we couldn't get the washing machine to work (which may just be that we didn't understand how, but it seemed the 'play' button on it didn't work).

La ubicación del apartamento, las vistas a la plaza de España y al mar a lo lejos, el aparcamiento cubierto con acceso directo por ascensor y gratis, y la limpieza, amplitud y luminosidad del apartamento. También la amabilidad de la anfitriona, Bea, siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos.

En general nada importante. Cómo sugerencia, quizás falta un horno y los utensilios de cocina son algo escasos si quieres preparar algunas comidas en el apartamento, aunque nosotros no lo necesitamos ya que comimos fuera. También hay que tener cuidado con el plato de ducha, ya que es resbaladizo.
