Wspaniała lokalizacja w samym centrum Nerja z zapewnionym parkingiem. Apartament czysty i dobrze utrzymany. Czuliśmy się świetnie przebywając tam 4 osobową rodziną. Bardzo miła i pomocna pani obsługująca wynajem. Polecamy Apartamentos Plaza!

The pool was very disappointing very small

Locatie, 2 badkamers, handdoeken en beddengoed roken lekker fris. Top appartement! Parkeerplaats was super geregeld.

Als ik dan iets moet noemen. Niet duidelijk waar je het afval moest laten.

Excellent location

It’s a nice apartment in a fantastic location. We were in 1B which has a really large terrace overlooking the square. I agree with most of the previous reviews regarding good things but also some of the less good things don’t seem to get fixed, see below.

Showers definitely need slip mats provided and the towels are not very good quality. Although we mostly eat out the crockery was not great compared to many apartments and villas we have rented locally. One of the Sun beds on the balcony had a broken spar which appeared to have happened some time ago. I should also point out there is not a smoke alarm anywhere in the apartment which in my mind is a serious issue considering the apartment is over a restaurant. This was confirmed after I messaged the host. This probably means the apartment is not licensed to provide holiday accommodation as smoke alarms in every room are mandatory in this region of Spain in rentals.
