Alles was prima geregeld en schoon appartement, alles aanwezig en prachtig uitzicht , Panorama ligt wat hoger dus een auto is een must voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Verder alles prima!

La vue, l'appartement assez grand et l'exposition plein Est avec de magnifiques lever de soleil. Confort de la literie. Bon rapport qualité prix si on est pas trop exigeant.

Les parties communes sont dégradées et auraient besoin d'entretien en urgence.

Las vistas desde el apartamento

No me gustó la limpieza y mantenimiento del apartamento. Había hormigas. La instalación de aire acondicionado no funcionaba y se sustituía por aparato de aire en salón, pingüino y ventilador en las habitaciones. Microondas con oxido, nevera que no funcionaba el primer día, después congelaba. Duchas que no se mantienen en el soporte y sale agua a la vez por la ducha y el grifo, con lo que disminuye la presión. El grifo del lavabo decidía por si solo cuando aumentaba la presión de agua. No funcionaba el ascensor. Creo que con limpieza y mantenimiento sería un apartamento muy bueno pero actualmente no es recomendable

Prachtig uitzicht op de zee en Nerja. Groot terras. Het appartement is ruim en vrij goed uitgerust. Grote ingemaakte kleerkast in de slaapkamer.

De verlichting in de traphal werkte niet en kon ook niet hersteld worden tijdens mijn verblijf. Er was ook geen straatverlichting aan de ingang van het appartement toen ik aankwam.
