Position of apartment and the view was good

Sofas were uncomfortable, so we didn't sit on them. We sat at the table or on our beds. We reported water pouring in through the light in the main bathroom to be told it would be reported, but we doubt it will be fixed during our stay. Didn't even get looked at throughout our week there. It was also a very noisy block with older kids and mopeds. No lift working.

stayed at this apartment recently ,same comfortable spacious rooms, good internet , main UK tv channels if needed ,big balcony and large roof terrace with spectacular sea and mountain views

kitchen equipment is adequate but definitely equipped in a basic fashion for tourists, street approaching apartment was littered , no reflection on the apartment, more the urbanisation

Stayed several times, part of an urbanisation hence big rooms ,elevated position north of main sports stadium,main feature are the amazing views from the balcony and the roof terrace of med and mountains to the north and east, cafes and supermarkets nearby , away from the main buzz of nerja which is part of the appeal the main UK TV channels were available

Apartment is a .title tired around the edges, equipped for holiday let but sufficient,if you are not so mobile the approach is via a big hill or a large series of steps there is off street parking but it's much in demand amongst the locals

The apartment was very spacious, with a large balcony overlooking Nerja and the sea.. everything we needed was in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room everywhere. Large fridge and kitchen was well equipped with kettle and toaster, and washing machine I liked the walk from town in the evenings (30 mins). I would stay again as it's amazing value for money in Nerja

The water pressure was great, but the shower head would fly off. Needs attaching

De matrassen waren prima . En de keuken was eenvoudig maar oke. De pan mag wel vervangen worden want die wiebelt op de keramische kookplaat. Fijne ruime koelkast met ruime vriezer erboven. Badkamer met douchegordijn had goed heet water uit een boiler. En de luiken voor de slaapkamers waren fijn tegen licht en warmte. Een fijn groot balkon. Prachtig zwembad. Je kon lopend naar de markt. Vlakbij.

Het appartement is gesitueerd tussen de lokale bevolking. Het appartement was oud. Kapotte deurkozijnen, vloertegels in de keuken gebarsten en kapot, ramen konden niet allemaal op slot maar de accommodatie was wel schoon. In de ochtend volle zon op de schuifpui van de woonkamer en helaas geen luiken of zonnescherm. Ook helaas geen ligbedden of makkelijke stoelen of een grotere parasol op het balkon.Het appartement eronder gaf een paar dagen luide muziek . Half dode kakkerlakken in de hal voor ons appartement 1B en een berg afval lag er de volle 2 weken van éen van de buren wat niet werd weggehaald. Ik heb dit gemeld aan Jeffry de contactpersoon maar er is niets mee gedaan. Jammer. Voor het balkon ligt een groot sportcentrum. Wij hadden geen last van de Padellgeluiden die je de hele dag hoort. De straat heeft een hele steile helling en savonds was de straatverlichting uit waardoor we met onze telefoonlantaarn moesten lopen om niet te struikelen.

Ruim appartement

Lekkage in de badkamer, last van een soort kleine mieren in een van de slaapbanken, basis benodigdheden ontbraken (afwasteiltje, theedoek)
