Fabulous apt, modern and clean. Great location in Newry. Also had air con which was amazing in the middle of heat wave. Would stay there again.

Everything it was excellent

Everything about the apartment was brilliant. The balcony was lovely on the sunny mornings to have a coffee and get ready for the day. As someone who likes a comfortable pillow I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bedding. Would definitely recommend!

There are motorised blinds in the bedrooms that in theory should be blackout, but there are wide gaps around it which let all the light in. Bearing in mind the sun rises on this side of the building it means you're getting an eyeful of sunshine in the morning unless you bring an eye mask!

Self catering. Breakfast was fabulous.

The location is very good. The general decor of the apartment is good and with some care and attention could be 4*. Unfortunately our experience was definitely not 4* They did leave some nice touches a couple of miniature bottles of white and red wine and a couple of packets of crisps.

On arrival we were given the wrong code and had to wait for a lady to come and give us the correct code . We were unable to use 1 of the bedrooms due to the terrible odour,despite opening the window and buying air freshener. This meant our kids couldn’t sleep there or stay. The bathroom could have been cleaner and some paintwork requiring repair. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting! Some of the bathroom towels were dirty and stained we were unable to use these. The tea towel in the kitchen had 2 large holes. There was a mix match of both cutlery and glasses. You would not expect any of this in 4* accommodation. We really felt we should have had a 50% discount as we were unable to use 1 of the bedroom and our kids had to stay with family. We were in Newry for a wedding and a communion. We were informed on the Saturday evening we could move rooms or move out and be refunded given we were at a wedding this was not an option and we were leaving on the Sunday morning anyway. However I really feel as we could only use 1 room asking for a discount is perfectly valid. I consider the treatment we received was very poor and certainly extremely disappointing. This stay was extremely stressful 😥

Bit noisy at nights

Lovely modern apartment overlooking the canal. Very spacious and comfortable and quiet at the weekend. Spotless clean and great facilities for self-catering if required. Would definitely stay here again.
