Nothing at all. Please find the photos attached for Living room, Bedroom, Beds & Fridge. Totally disgusting… I booked many times via Booking.com ( Japan, USA, Canada etc) but never had this kind of experience.

Extremely dirty. Lots of insect & small spiders. Bitten my son’s left arm. As soon as checked in- Rang owner- she said ‘she has no cleaner. Asked me to clean the property for what she will pay me $50🤨

Great location. The property provided everything that you could need to enjoy your stay.

It was basically a caravan park cabin in the suburbs so it was quiet. It had what we needed - 2 bedrooms and living area.

We hadn't received the lockbox instructions before arrival so had to contact the owner who was apologetic and gave the code right away. The beds weren't the most comfortable.

Had everything we needed for our stay, full kitchen, shared laundry. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay

No wine glasses, so I’ve bought and gifted 6 champagne flutes to the house. The previous guest must have turned the fridge off so it took a day to cool down after I turned it on, maybe something the cleaner could double check in their list of tasks as to not inconvenience next guests as I had a refrigerated groceries when I arrived. But overall these are very minor things easily fixed and we enjoyed our stay

The location was ideal. Sheets were clean.

Very disappointed in the overall level of cleanliness and maintenance. The handles on kitchen cupboards were greasy, there were food scraps on some cutlery and kitchen utensils, food scraps and water inside a saucepan, dish drainer was very rusted and greasy, the coffee machine was greasy. The frypan was not level. I scrubbed the things we needed in the kitchen and had to even buy a set of cutlery for ourselves as even after washing in detergent and boiling water some still had dirt on them. Worst of all the air conditioner did not work on cool cycle necessitating us spending some hours in shopping centre on a 38 degree day. One fan did not oscillate and the other was very wobbly. Also, although we are dog lovers, people in unit beside us had about 10 dogs (poodles, pugs, French bull dogs, two St Bernard puppies) and, apart from the little poodles barking, the many faeces in common backyard were not picked up every day. Therefore we could not open windows. Regret that we had to pay in advance.
