Welcomely - Isole Apartments

Oud pand met hoge plafonds, ruim appartement (behalve badkamer) en leuke omgeving bij winkeles en restaurants. ‘s Morgens een aantal klachten doorgegeven die, na een reminder aan het eind van de dag, werden opgepakt door de host (o.a. theedoeken, nieuw hoofdkussen). Ook het probleem met de afgesloten parkeerplek is uiteindelijk door de host opgelost door ondersteuning te bieden bij het vinden van de sleutel van het hek en het betalen van de taxikosten van onze zoon.

- Badkamer: was klein, weinig plek voor spullen, planchet was waarschijnlijk ooit gebroken en nooit vervangen, douche was erg klein, zag er vies uit, douchewand sloot niet goed want deze stond scheef; - Keuken: Faciliteiten waren onvoldoende: geen normaal koffiezetapparaat, koffiekopjes (alleen espresso apparaat en espresso kopjes), geen thee- of handdoeken, onvoldoende glazen, geen waterkoker, steelpan (wel oude pannen); Slaapkamer: het hoofdkussen was al jaren geleden overleden; - Overig: er mogen weleens viltjes onder de stoelen geplakt worden, stoelen maken enorme herrie bij verplaatsen. Wasmachine hebben wij niet kunnen vinden. De parkeerlocatie die bij het appartement hoort en waar onze auto stond, bleek ‘s morgens ineens afgesloten te zijn. Sleutel onvindbaar, verhuurorganisatie onbereikbaar. Onze zoon, die eerder naar huis ging, heeft bijna zijn vlucht gemist. Ondanks dubbel glas en luiken hadden we ‘s avonds nog behoorlijk last van hard langsrijden motoren en auto’s.

Cleanliness .. and the Manager handling it was rhetorical worst I’ve ever come across. Highly unprofessional.. unfit for job in hospitality industry

Great location

Broken facilities, back door of the apartment could not get open fire safety not taken in to consideration at all. Shower was broken. Arrived and no bedding on 2 of the beds had to call to get it brought to us to then make the beds ourselves, not enough towels, toilet seat was broken, was dirty throughout the apartment.

Great location, very close to the centre. The property itself is great size and beautifully furnished.

No laundry machine.

The apartment is big and cozy and located in a perfect spot for walk around shops, restaurants, bars...we definitelly recommended

Location is fantastic we had a sea view and large balcony and were near to bars and shops, had lots of room inside apartment which is a very nice apartment. Keys were in a key safe on the wall which was very handy.

Only downside was we tried to contact the letting people whilst there only because we couldnt get the oven to work think the gas canister may have been empty and nobody ever got back to us or answered phone but luckily wasnt anything too important

Location of the apartment was great, very central. communication from company was good and cleared up any confusion which had been sent out with automated emails. Apartment itself was spacious, clean and balcony was a bonus.

It would have been great to have had some basic kitchen cleaning amenities in the apartment for when arrive eg, cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid etc.

Location seemed good until we realised it's over a kebab shop.

Yes, sea view but as you can't open the shutters as they are only held on by one hinge you can't see it. No cups or kettle. All these issues are raised in other reviews going back to 2022. How is Booking.com keeping this accommodation on its list. We left after the first night and requested a refund, but have not heard anything from venue or booking.com
