NOTHING!! Please don’t go!!! Our stay in this property was AWFUL. Completely unsanitary conditions: the bathroom was full of mold, there was dirty dishes and stained sheets, foot steps of our sheets and walls… the list can go on. The smell was disgusting as soon as we walked in the apartment and there was NO water pressure to shower (no joke … it was impossible to wash or rinse our hair)

The situacion is perfect, huge supermarket 2 minutes walking. Very good Air conditioning.

The is only one pot and one pan to cook, they were old and dirty. The kitchen needed a good profound cleaning. The rest of the apartment was clean and perfect.

The two bedroom we rented had a balcony and an outdoor terrace. It was clean and spacious. Close to bus stop. It had a great grocery store right next to it. Close to historic center and marina.

It was a bit noisy from outside traffic and also a restaurant below especially on Friday night.

The location was great.

The location of the appartment was great but the appartment itself not so much. The shower is dirty (mold) and very small and the water kept switching from hot to cold. The lock of the frontdoor was broken, the sofa has no leaning and is not comfortable, very little daylight coming in and there was no wifi. The host responded very quickly which was very nice but never came through on a solution for the wifi, he said the previous guests might have taken the wifi device with them. It was quite inconvenient as there is very poor reception in the appartment, so to arrange my further travelplans I had to go outside to be able to use my mobile data. The bedroom is very spacious and clean enough, the balcony isn't. It wasn't the worst place that I have stayed at, but I wouldn't recommend it. I stayed at much nicer places on Sardegna for a fairer price.

Property was in a great location, at the edge of the old town. It was quiet (even though there are al fresco restaurants around it). All the basics we needed were available. Air conditioning worked great. Great to have a parking space at the back of the property. Very responsive hosts.

No kettle, too less kitchen utensils, difficult to take a shower due to weak water pressure in the evenings, difficult to park a car although there is a private parking (not enough space to turn to the gate unless you have a small car)

The location of the apartment was very beautiful, in the center, very close to everything, restaurants cafes with a very beautiful view and an amazing corniche. There is a big super market 2 minutes away walking. All the staff were very helpful and very nice, Arianna the property manager was very helpful and kind. When ever i needed anything and sent to ask about anything she responded and helped immediately. The apartment is very very clean and served very well with its own parking garage.
