Posizione eccezionale nel centro storico ma in via silenziosa seppur vicina a bus e stazione taxi. A due passi da ristoranti e bar. Hoste molyo gentile. Appartamento spazioso con 2 camere da letto.grandi. Immobile in con oggetti e foto della tradizione sarda.

"Delightful stay in a walkable neighbourhood"

Such a charming place, with modern kitchen and bathroom, and furnished with family antiques. It feels like staying in a real Italian home. Two good double bedrooms, so it's handy for travel with friends. The air conditioning was welcome in the hot weather. Located in the old town, walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and close to the free public car park at Molo Brin. Our host was lovely and met us at the property at the agreed time, so no fussing around with key safes. Highly recommend!

Lage perfekt in einer Seitengasse mitten im Zentrum. Carlo war von der Buchung über die Ankunft in Olbia bis zur Abreise immer präsent (per Mail und WhatsApp bzw. persönlich bei Ankunft und Abreise) sehr hilfsbereit und es war alles perfekt organisiert. Sogar Kühltasche und Sonnenschirm waren im Appartment vorhanden. Danke Carlo!

Das Wasser in der Dusche könnte etwas mehr Druck vertragen. Es war nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel vorhanden.

"Apartamento espectacular, recomendable!"

Nos encantó el apartamento, estaba totalmente equipado, Carlo nos dejó 3 toallas para cada uno de los huéspedes, en nuestro caso, fuimos 4. En general, el apartamento era muy bonito y limpio, a destacar, el baño. La cocina con lavavajillas, y todo tipo de utensilios, además de aceite, vinagre y especias. Encontramos también una guía preparada por el anfitrión donde recomendaba restaurantes, informaba sobre la localización de farmacias, líneas de autobús, alquiler de coches, actividades… todo un detalle por su parte. La ubicación muy céntrica y además, con un parking gratuito a menos de 10 minutos caminando desde el apartamento.
