Located in the city center

The owner insisted that we tell him the exact time we were leaving. I understand that he needs to know in order to make plans, but we were on vacation after all and you don't have a clearly established schedule. Most apartments have installed a code system to avoid this. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom Because it is located in the city center (which can be a plus) during the weekend there is a lot of noise nearby and the apartment is not soundproofed A smart tv would be nice

Nice and cosy apartment in the heart of Olbia. In case you're travelling with a toddler and doing some cooking at home, dishwasher is a life saver. The host gave us a crib, but our toddler decided to sleep in a double bed in a separate bedroom :) I definitely recommend.

A little bit noisy in the night, but do not expect silence when you are staying in the city center.

Location, communication, Carlo was there to answer any questions, I did use Google translate as my Italian is basic but he was great!

The hotel is a traditional Sardegnan property, modern bathroom and kitchen, loved it!
