Non è la prima volta che scelgo l'alloggio di Nicolle. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche questa volta. Il monolocale su due livelli è davvero molto carino, ben organizzato e attrezzato.

Le scale per arrivare in appartamento sono davvero troppo strette, ma ovviamente non dipende dalla proprietaria.

"Alloggio piccolo ma pulito e funzionale"

Posizione ottima in pieno centro, abbastanza silenzioso nonostante si trovi in una strada con molti locali. Bagno sempre caldo al punto giusto grazie al termosifone. Peso perfetto del piumone e letto molto comodo.

La mancanza di una mensola portasapone nella doccia.

La posizione ottima, la praticità di accedere all'appartamento, la pulizia e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia. Parcheggio a pagamento a poca distanza dall'abitazione

Poca cura nella comunicazione da parte di chi gestisce la struttura. Messaggio con info mandato il lunedì su WhatsApp a cui non ho avuto risposta, invio documento giovedì con riformulazione domanda a cui non ho avuto risposta. Messaggio venerdì con richiesta nuovamente di risposta a cui finalmente risponde. Buona la comunicazione il sabato per messaggi per ultime info. Oggi saluto tramite messaggio ringraziando e nessuna risposta. Sono piccole attenzioni ma suggerisco di curarle in futuro .

Posizione perfetta e appartamento molto carino

La casa al 3 piano è perfetta in pieno centro storico...un po scomoda con passeggini e carrozzine in quanto senza ascensore.

Buongiorno l'appartamento è in un ottima posizione appena esci ti ritrovi in centro un ottimo punto di forza. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile su tutto.. L'appartamento e davvero spazioso e pulito difficile trovare appartamenti così
