Secure building. Washing machine is nice to have.

No AC even though it is listed twice in the description. Apparently this is true in all of Parma based on time of year. It was 75 degrees in our room throughout our stay in April. There is no fan in the room. The rooms are directly above a restaurant break/smoke spot. So you sweat with the window closed or the room smells like cigarettes and fryer grease all night. Your choice. Wait-staff is loud until the early hours of the morning. Wi-fi is terrible.

The apartment is right in the centre of Palma town so very convenient and lots of bars/restaraunts. It is very spacious and owner had provided lots of utensils, had a dishwasher, washing machine, etc which was very good. The only downside is no private parking so we had to spend an extra 15 euros per night to park a 10 minute walk away

It was clean and spacious but there were some grime around switches, hangers and wardrobes so not probably deep cleaned. Other than that amazing and would be going back!

die Lage zum Zentrum ist super - aber wie unten beschrieben, konnten wir wegen des Lärms im Haus ab 4.30 h nicht mehr schlagen. Auch die Kochgelegenheit war ok. Dusche und Bad ok.

Unsere Bewertung ist deshalb relativ schlecht, weil wir aufgrund des Lärms ab 4.30 h früh nicht mehr schlafen konnten - die Pferdefleischhauerei direkt unter dem Schlafzimmer hat ab dieser Zeit mit diversen Maschinen (Kärcher?) so laut gearbeitet, dass ein Schlafen nicht mehr möglich war. Ansonsten wäre die Lage sehr gut gewesen, sehr nahe zum Zentrum. Auch das Bett war nicht gut, ich hatte Rückenschmerzen am Morgen.
