Eventually the host was helpful and could arrange the initial request. The room we got was in a good location, clean, nice.

There was an option on booking.com to check-in earlier and it costed extra. It was important for us to to check-in earlier, but that room with a kitchen was not available, so we got another room without a kitchen in another part of the city. While somebody could perceive it as an upgrade of the room and the host was helpful and quick to arrange it over the phone while we were yet in route, we came for a football match and the initial room was preferred because of both: proximity to a stadium and the kitchen. To make a long story short: do not use that early check-in option at booking.com. Instead, you will receive another link from the accommodation, where you can choose that option if applicable/feasible.

Camera carina e pulita in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi, una buona soluzione per dormire una o due notti a Parma.

Il prezzo è un pó alto per quello che offre la camera ma siamo capitati anche durante le feste di Capodanno quindi forse è questo il motivo. Suggerirei di mettere qualche bustina di the/tisane assieme al caffè, in modo da dare più scelta 😊

Molto piccolo il bagno...non c è un piano di appoggio per il beauty ne un bicchiere per lo spazzolino Suggerisco anche di aggiungere un canovaccio in cucina

La posizione entrale e la stanza molto accogliente e con tutto il necessario. Anche macchina del caffè posate. Posto silenzioso e tranquillo. Perfetta per chi viaggia da solo.
