La Casa di Giulia-Family Apartment

This apartment was in a great location, a stones throw from the city centre. It had an old world charm with exposed beams and tiny windows. All essentials are supplied with the bonus of clothes washing facilities and a lift to get those suitcases up to the top floor.

The apartment was clean and felt like home! Comfortable furniture and chairs with arms! The well outfitted kitchen had everything to prepare basic meals and enough dishes for our group of 5. The area was the center of all activity, shopping, restaurants and a 20-minute walk to the train station. That being said, you are in the center of it all. The noise from the street, bars, and restaurants will be loud.

Great location in the centre of Parma. The apartment is wonderful and spacious. There is an elevator to take luggage up to the apartment.

Nothing to dislike.

Large apartment in a great location. Well outfitted kitchen. Comfortable bed in main bedroom. Nice bathroom. Easy communication with the manager. Elevator for 3rd floor access.

A little noise from the restaurant/bars on the street behind. Didn’t keep us up, but might want earplugs if lite sleeper. We were their Fri-Sun.

The location was excellent as it was in the city centre with lots of restaurants, bakeries and take-aways. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious (we were five people). Having a lift was extremely important. Although we never met the host in person (since he was sick), we always maintained communication with him and Claudio was very helpful. Even the housekeeper who handed us the keys on our arrival, was really nice.

As other users commented, the place can be a bit noisy at night due to the bars located in the area. However for us this wasn't a major issue.
