"Appartamento comodo adatto anche per 3 persone adulte, pulito e con tutto il necessario, all'interno"

La colazione non era inclusa (come da prenotazione), ma c'è un bar comodissimo sotto casa. Supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi e volendo si raggiungono alcune zone caratteristiche a piedi. Appartamento pulito, completo di tutto e comunque la conduttrice gentile, molto reattiva e comunicativa.

Дуже приємно було познайомитись з Барбарою. Вона вчасно і зрозуміло надала інструкції до заселення. Зустріла нас і все розповіла. Апартаменти гарні, просторі і зручні. Ліжко дуже зручне. Були додаткові ковдри. Парковка біля апартаментів. Центр міста не далеко.

"Alles was man braucht und super nette Gastgeber!"

Super nette Gastgeber, die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich das Zentrum von Parma! Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Coop und Sigma sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wer will kann auch zu Lidl gehen 😉. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles was man benötigt!

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man bekommt viel mit, gerade von oben, dazu ist die Hauptstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe, es empfiehlt sich die Fenster im Schlafzimmer geschlossen zu halten. Die Wohnung hat kein Wohnzimmer, der TV befindet sich im Flur, hier ist auch die Klimaanlage, wenn man dann eine benötigt.

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, addirittura abbiamo avuto a disposizione delle cialde per poter fare il caffè e dell'acqua, nonostante non fosse inclusa la colazione nel prezzo. Posizione abbastanza centrale. Consiglio vivamente!!

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, menziono il fatto che non ci sono zanzariere. Ma come "difetto" passa in ultimo piano, è andato tutto benissimo

Tutto bene dell'accoglienza al check out. Il plus è costituito dal parcheggio a disposizione dell'ospite in una zona dove sarebbe difficile trovarne. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

1. Розташування. Поряд з історичним центром та парком. 2. Близько до двох великих супермаркетів, Coop та Lidl. 3. Якісне ліжко. 4. Тиша вночі та відсутність комарів. 5. Гарна парковка для авто неподалік від будинку.

Все будо гаразд, окрім деяких складнощів з під'їздом до самого будинку.
