Appartamento ben fornito di tutto il necessario, pulito e collocato in una posizione ottima, con il centro città raggiungibile in soli 15 minuti a piedi. La signora Barbara è stata davvero accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta o necessità. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento, merita.

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ci sono lavatrice, phon, condizionatore, frigo, microonde, macchina per il caffè ecc. Davvero ben fornito! È anche posizionato in zona centrale di Parma, a quattro passi da attività commerciali, e fuori ha anche un parcheggio gratuito. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo pur essendoci uno stendino non ha uno spazio esterno dove stendere i panni, bisogna metterlo dentro casa. È pieno di zanzare, non essendoci zanzariere e con mio figlio piccolo che è super sensibile è stata un po' una tragedia!

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, disponibile e sempre accogliente. L'appartamento ha due camere, una matrimoniale e una per i bambini. Tutto ottimo! Parcheggio sotto casa.

A proximité de la ville, assez agréable pour faire un tour dans la ville de Parme. Super accueil de la part de Barbara, personne très aimable et de très bon conseil. Appartement très propre, ayant un équipement complet pour tous les besoins. A recommander 😊

A wonderful and warm welcome from Barbara who also gave us great tips that helped us discover new places in Parma despite this being our third trip! The apartment has big spacious bedrooms and all amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There is one ac unit in the foyer and we found that it was enough to keep the apartment cool enough. Barbara provided everything in the apartment that we could need for our visit. The shutters mean you do not get woken by light in the morning. Location wise you can find every kind of shop and restaurant within a 5 minute walk and you are very close (10 min walk) to the old part of town.

There isn't a sitting room to sit in all together but that's fine because we spent most of our time in the beautiful city of Parma. At the end of the day it is an apartment building so there will be some noise from neighbours above you but nothing that kept us up or woke us up.

Visited Parma for the L'Etape race. It's a two room apartment in a residential bulding. The interior might not be luxory for someone, but it enough to be comfortable and feels like home. There is a private free parking. the host is very kind, will guide you in the city for tratorrias and other locations. It was very clean and quite. not suitable for smokers. free wi-fi (sometimes with poor signal)
