Appartamento Soleluna

Barbara welcomed us with a smile and excellent hospitality. The house was perfectly functional and clean. The parking area is very close and safe. In the center the train station, park and restaurants are easy to walk. I recommend it and would choose it again. Thank you Barbara for the hospitality.

The host Barbara is so nice. Location is great. Apartment is nice and clean.

The host, who lives next door, met us downstairs and helped us with our luggage. She was in touch every day to make sure we were comfortable, and she made fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Parking is difficult in Parma, but we found a decent garage on campus a few blocks away for 12 euros overnight. It would have been nice to have had that recommendation before we arrived.

Very clean with plenty of towel rails in bathroom shower in bath which can be awkward for older people but there were hand rails so it was very safe . I am in my 90s and had no trouble. Well equipped kitchen with use of washing machine

My friend slept in the second bedroom and said sometimes she could hear neighbours talking but not enough to spoil her sleep

The apartment was very clean, spacious and luminous. Close to the city center. Barbara gave us good tips, was kind and very responsive.

Barbara was very welcoming and helpful giving us details on where to eat and which buses to take. The cold bottle of water was a nice touch and very welcome. The apartment was everything and more for a great stay in parma. The location is excellent for getting to the centre. And once again Barbara was an excellent hostess.

The apartment is very clean and it met all our needs. It's located close to the city center. It's a 10 min leisurely walk to the center, and you can go most of the way through a park that's 100m from the apartment. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, you couldn't ask for more. There's a parking not far from the apartment which is free on Sundays, but you have to pay for the rest of the week, but it's not very expensive. The area is quiet, there are small shops and supermarkets not far from the apartment.
