Dimos Sunny & Luxury Central House !!!

Dimos is more than friendly and useful host, he gave us advices for everything we needed.

Nothing specially.

Dimos was a great host. He explained everything we need in and around the apartment. There is a great parking spot right in front of the building. The rooms were nice and spatious.

The furniture could improve but it was fine.

Very comfortable place for 4 people. The beach and restaurants are very close. Very clean, the bathroom and the kitchen were spotless. Every room has a balcony. Neighbors are friendly as well, and there is a nice coffee shop under the building. It is pet friendly, which was a big plus for us to book the place.

The bed in the bedroom may need e new mattress, but everything else is great and comfortable

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable apartment. It is placed central, having many opportunities for shopping, Very close from the beach, in front of the cathedral.

All was excellent. The apartment has lift and parking, The pharmacy is over the street. A bakery is down and a little coffee shop at the parter. Also at 100 m you have a supermarket, a lot of taverns and shops.

Location is great, very clean appartment, kind and helpful host, all professional done.

Excellent location, clean and big apartment, parking for car on site, perfect host Dimos, I had a problem with my car and he aranged his friend electrician for car and problem was fixed in servis, in one word perfect, Dimos is great host and I strongly recommend this apartment, Parea is perfect location for exploring near places and beaches, near airport and city of Thessaloniki, everything is just good for holidays.

Clean, quite spacious, private parking. Everything you need within walking distance. All spaces were air conditioned. Great balcony in the front with view on Mount Chortiatis.

The mattresses in the second bedroom were a bit bumpy.
