Highly reccomended! The apartment is at a perfect location, it has private parking, the beach is 4- 5 min walking, and there is great bakery and mini market/coffee shop in the same building which is a big plus especially for a family. The apartment is bright and sunny with two terraces, one is very big and spacious, we had breakfasts there every day. The whole apartment was very very clean and very well equiped with everything (dishes, towels, hair dryiers, washing machine etc). Dimos is a great host, he waited for us there when we arrived, gave all the important information and even send us his reccomendations for tavernas and for daily trips from Perea.

The flat is simple but well organized and you can fine all what you need for spending nice holidays there. All was very clean, the balcony is spacious with great view to the church. With walking distance very close to the promenade near the sea where you can find bars and taverns with tasty food. Secured private parking. Close to the pastry shops and supermarket. The flat has very well organized kitchen with all nececery things you can need. The bathroom as well. And the best is the owner! Dimos is very nice, helpful, he is 24/7 available for any kind of help you need.thank you Dimos! We are highly recommending Dimos Sunny& Luxury Central house! ❤️ for sure coming back again.

Need improvment with beds and matresses but really it is not a reason for not scorring this appartment 10 of 10.

"We certainly had a pleasant vacation and would come again. So I recommend this apatment."

Good communication with the owner. Great location. Big apartment with two bathrooms and dining room. Everything is clean and fully equipped. The beach is close, a few minutes' walk. Supermarket and pharmacy too.

The location is good, but it is a bit noisy because the street is busy. The beds are not confortable.

The apartment was pleasant and comfortable, with all u need for a good stay. Even the frying pan was usable and without major scratches, which is not often seen in the rented apts.

A small shelf could be useful in the bathroom under the mirror.
