The location was in a quiet neighborhood and within close proximity to shops. The Wi-Fi and Netflix services were to my needs.

"Our stay was good because of the location. But the shortcoming with the shower made it a litte diffu"

The location was great. Adequate room and layout.

The shower was very difficult to manipulate. The water does not drain out properly in the shower recess.

"Great place to stay for UWA or to be close to the river"

Located in a really quiet block near shops and the university. Really convenient for the hospital and university for work visits and easy to the river and city for leisure. It’s clean and comfortable and very spacious. Really well appointed too.

The shower needs a bit of an upgrade

"Uni Accommodation"

Quiet

Not very clean. Needs maintenance. Peeling paint in the bathroom. Hair blocking the shower drain (not ours, she's blonde, and I don't have much!). Dirty windows. Not a lot of hot water available in the shower. Seems to be on some sort of timer. Built for student accomodation and looks it.

"Comfortably stay"

The surrounding environment was peaceful. Very conveniently located near super market and couple of good restaurants. Very comfortable for a couple. Response time to queries were quick. Host was very good.

It is a bit far off the city and the airport. The bedroom does not have an aircon or a ceiling fan, and had to rely on the portable fan the host has provided. The aircon and ceiling fan is only available in living cum dining room.
