"Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Stadt. Viele Restaurants u Cafés rundum. Der Garagenplatz ist goldwert"

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir konnten von dort alle Ausflüge unternehmen. Der Vermieter Pedro hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, so konnten wir das Auto die ganze Zeit dort lassen. Das Auto unseres Freundes konnten wir gegenüber in einen öffentlichen Parkhaus unterbringen. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Porto würden wir wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

"Buena ubicación, mal mantenimiento"

La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas

El alojamiento necesita un lavado de cara y una limpieza a fondo. Además no hay sartenes, la campana mejor no usarla, las alfombras son dos tonos más oscuro que cuando eran originales igual que la parte baja de puertas y guarniciones y pintura del apartamento.

Emplacement est extraordinaire. On peut faire presque tout à pied. L'appartement était suffisament spacieux pour 4 adultes et bien équipé. Une air climatisée dans chaque chambre. L'accueil de Pedro était fantastique.

Petite amélioration proposée: Avoir des couteaux pour cuisiner en plus du couteau à pain, une passoire et une cafetière Bodum italienne.

Apartamento limpio con todo lo necesario y un detalle de bienvenida. La ubicación perfecta y además con plaza de garaje, ideal para conocer la ciudad. Pedro muy atento en todo momento.

Apartamento muy centrico a 10 min andando de las atracciones turísticas y con parking incluido en el precio. Se descansa muy bien ya que da a un patio interior y no escuchas ruidos de la calle. En lineas generales bastante limpio. Nos recibio Pedro un anfitrión muy amable y educado, le agradecemos mucho que nos dejara hacer el check-in antes de tiempo. Tambien nos recomendo sitios para ir a comer que fueron un acierto.

Tiene varias cosas a mejorar para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Aparato de aire acondicionado de 1 habitacion roto, tostadora y maquina de cafe recomiendo que la cambien, la puerta de la ducha no cierra y se sale todo el agua y el horno necesitaba una limpieza a fondo. Por lo demas todo perfecto. Aun asi lo recomiendo. Si vuelvo a Oporto repetimos seguro.
