location

the freezer needs to be cleaned, toilet seat is broken or very loose on one side and the mold in the shower and ceiling were in need of irradiation. we are not high allergy or asthma people but there was a lot of mold

Good location with easy access to tourist sites

Shabby dirty broken furniture. No light in bathroom lamp provided as temporary measure but light not repaired. Curtain rail broken, shutter broken. Hard bed. No duvet cover. Not enough pillows or towels. Dirty shower enclosure.

The location of the apartment was excellent and very easily reachable. The owner was very friendly, helpful and answered promtly upon any enquiry or request. The apartment has balcony on both sides, so there is plenty of light and fresh air circulation and it is adequately furnished (except a washing machine)

The apartment is inside an old building, so it generates a lot of dust, which is not ideal for people with allergy. The shower tray had a problem with water drainage and during shower water will just stag on the shower tray. We informed the owner and she sent someone to fix it. But after one/two shower the water was again stagging on the tray. I hope she fixes it soon.

there were not enough hot water for all family, only two people out of five could have a shower !!! one day only one had hot water!!!!!! the toilets needs to be fixed. The beds, pillows, and matrasses were very bad condition we could not sleep well !!!

Location is good. The apartment is right nearby center of Porto. Facilities is full for cooking.

The main entrance door has no knob, so it has a bit difficult to close and lock the door from outside. There's only wifi in living room. No wifi in bedroom. The shower knob is come off. Especially, I do not like the host. I have some paperwork that needs his help, but he does not answer me, even though I have contacted many times via Whatsapp and email. I get no support from him.
