Location was great, felt really spacious.

Check in given the wrong codes but sorted quickly from owner. Not enough towels( 2), tea towels (1) Only 2 mugs! Bed wasn’t very comfy

Incorrect code was given to enter the main building. Tried ringing the "super host" who would not answer the calls. I was sent a message informing me he wasn't available even though I had sent a message to say I couldn't get in. Various messages sent to me explaining how to operate the coded entry system. Utterly useless information when I was given the wrong code. I eventually got in after almost 30 minutes, when another resident of the building punched in the correct code. I did receive a message apologising for the inconvenience and blaming a colleague for sending the wrong information. This was followed by an email via booking.com with the correct details, not sure why that was sent?? Both my wife and I believe there is a damp issue in the apartment (host encourages the use of the dehumidifier for a "comfortable experience" ??). There was a damp smell in the place from the second day until the end of our week stay. The laminate flooring is lifted in the majority of areas which again indicates moisture. The oven was dirty, plates chipped with sharp edges, all pots/pans very old and uninviting. Dinning table top is badly damaged and has floor tiles glued to the top for some reason. One towel and one hand towel supplied per guest for a one week stay is insufficient. Bed, freestanding shelving, bedside furniture are all cheap, old and need replacing in my opinion.

Très grand appartement Excellent emplacement : à proximité de tous les sites culturels/ rue pleine de restaurants/ 3 petits supermarchés d'appoint dans la rue Literie très confortable Très lumineux Efficacité des propriétaires : on a eu un petit soucis pour accéder à l'appartement. Ils ont répondus immédiatement à notre message et ont fait envoyer un réparateur dans les 30 minutes suivantes Propriétaires très accomodants : nous ont permis d'accéder de façon anticipée à l'appartement
