The location is great!

House smells a bit like humidity and we had problems with termites entering through the window so there were bugs everywhere unfortunately :’) we bought the raid to stop them but i think that should be the owner’s duty, not ours.

The space was properly cleaned, particularly the bathroom. The bed was especially comfortable. The place was also just nice and full of light. Very well connected in the city.

The water was cut one morning... not within the control of the host, but there was also no warning of the interruption so this could have been less disruptive. There is a lot of construction nearby which started early, so I lost sleep as a result. I feel the apartment was a bit crowded with unnecessary furniture... and the lighting needs improvement - the blinding flood lights suck. Provide some soft lighting alternatives, re lamps.
