Era céntrico y amplitud

El colchón estaba defectuoso e incómodo, nevera ruidosa toda la noche cada poco tiempo saltaba el motor (estaba pegada a la cama), la secadora no funcionaba (6 días sin poder lavar/secar toallas porque no hay cambios), Importante resaltar que de la noche del viernes al sábado hasta las 04:00 se escuchaha música como si hubiese un pub o discoteca y gente hablando (procedentes del patio intetior al que daba la estancia). Mal distribuida la estancia interiormente.

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del centro

Arañas, aceite en ollas, platos, vasos, encimera y vitro. Una humedad en el techo bastante considerable. Que un lugar sea mas o menos antiguo no esta reñido con la limpieza. Se lo comunicamos a la chica por WhatsApp, quisieron venir a limpiar 24h mas tarde cuando íbamos a estar 48h. No usamos nada y listo pero solución cero, ni un mísero detalle en compensación.

The location, that is near to the city.

We found quite a bit of mold on the wall, but the person in charge said they didn’t know anything about it. The communication wasn’t the best — we mentioned that the apartment had issues with mold and a strong humidity smell. Their response was that they could arrange another cleaning if we needed, since the bathroom wasn’t very clean. However, we stayed only for two nights and arrived at the apartment very late, so we couldn’t really see if the cleaning or mold situation would improve. Also, there were workers on the street making quite a lot of noise from 9 a.m., so it was pretty noisy overall.

Great location, near restaurants, cafes, and minimarkets. Very spacious and comfortable flat
