"Ungepflegt und Baustellenlärm statt Erholung"

Zentralen Lage und der Größe der Wohnung.

Das Haus und das Apartment riechen stark nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Die Wohnung war zudem nicht gereinigt: überall Staub, Haare, Krümel und schmutziges Geschirr (siehe Bilder). Erst nachdem wir Fotos geschickt haben, wurde jemand zum Putzen geschickt, doch auch danach war es nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir schließlich selbst geputzt haben. Ein weiteres Problem war die Wohnungstür: Der Türknopf außen fehlte, sodass die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen oder abgeschlossen werden konnte. Ein weiteres großes Problem: Direkt nebenan wird gebaut. Ab 8 Uhr morgens beginnt starker Baulärm mit Bohren und Hämmern, an Ruhe oder Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken. Solche Baustellen sollten unbedingt vorab im Angebot erwähnt werden – sonst stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Es sieht so aus, dass die Baustelle wohl länger andauern wird.

"Estudio céntrico muy luminoso."

La ubicación es estupenda, a un paso de todo. Es muy luminoso . La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. La recogida de llaves y el trato excelente.

Me desperté los dos días con el ruido de un taladro. Es muy tranquilo por la noche, pero por la mañana las obras te despiertan.

Appartamento monolocale situato in una zona tranquilla con negozi/bar/ristoranti dotato di cucina e bagno con doccia, wifi. Macchinetta caffè con due cialde. Zona centrale e stazione facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, circa 15 minuti. Personale molto gentile ha risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare la valigia prima di fare il check in all'orario stabilito.

Peccato per l'odore di umidita' appena si accede all'edificio e le macchie sul soffitto nella stanza, mancanza di aria condizionata (solo 1 piccolo ventilatore).

"Ideal para una pareja - ubicación excelente y muy cómodo."

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es pequeño pero ideal para una pareja. La cama es cómoda, el baño es amplio y la cocina y zona de comedor muy prácticos. Me gustaría destacar que tuvimos un problema con la ducha, que no desagotaba bien, y lo solucionaron en seguida tan pronto les avisamos.

Desde el punto de vista de utensilios de cocina está un poco justo, aunque suficiente.
