VIVA Breiner Flats

The property was bigger than expected. It was clean, well located and very convenient.

Great location and fast WiFi.

Very uncomfortable bed.

The position of this apartment is perfect, in the centre of the beautiful city of Porto! The communication with the staff was also great and it was possible to do a self check in and a self check out. We really appreciated it!

The only thing that could be a little better is the cleaning.

A lot smaller than the photos suggest and there's not much soundproofing. You hear the noisy neighbors' footsteps as they move around the stairs and the light from the stairway can be quite annoying because of the glass pane on the door. They really need to do something about that. It would also be nice to be provided with soap in the bathroom.

The position is great, right in the city centre. Despite that, the road is really quiet.

The room does not have a functional furniture and the bathroom is really small.

- Good location, close to city center and all major attractions - Bathroom was very spacious and overall apartment is well equipped with everything you need. If they fix the building issue then apartment could be quite good but in current state I would not recommend it

From the moment you enter the building there is very bad smell (I'm assuming from combination of dampness, mold and moisture). The entry hall is also full of some sort of bugs. When we entered the apartment we immediately felt the really bad smell of mold and moisture. We complained both to hosts and booking immediately but hosts just said they will look into it and there was no additional response from them in following days. We did immediately open all the windows and after like 1-2 days the smell was reduced. Considering I have mild asthma, I had troubles breathing for next few days. This was the first apartment in my life where we were considering leaving and finding a new one. The whole building seems to be rental place and they should really fix all the building problems before renting it. Especially if they want to maintain such a high rating they have.

The location was good and the transportation is easy. The place is near the city center and you can find the kitchen devices at the flat
