VIVA Breiner Flats

We liked the location and the property was big and suitable for our needs. There was lots of utility and kitchen appliances.

The shower needs updating & we would have liked to have known about the construction taking place next door which started weekdays from 8am and was quite loud.

Thankful for the early check in and the location is really convenient. Near to Sao Bento, the monuments, cafes and restaurants

Smell of the bed sheet upon check in

Good location in an area with lots of small cafes and art/design shops. Short walk from the center of town. Fairly spacious apartment for a reasonable price. Had a small balcony. Very good communication.

The second bedroom which is built as a “box” in the main room isn’t very sound- or lightproof - so you’ll get all the sounds of the apartment (and toilet) as well as any light still turned on.

Check in was super easy, we found the property quickly and got it. And were able to check in early which was so great cause we landed in the morning and we didn’t want to carry our heavy bags all day until 4pm (original check in time). The managers of the apartment always replied very quickly and solved every issue and no problem. The location is amazing, 5-10 minutes walk for the center, super convenient and right next to a lovely street with lots of restaurants and bars. The flat was convenient, it had a fully stocked kitchen. Bed was ok and all the linen and towels was pretty clean. Good value for money! We stayed for 3 days 3 nights.

Bed is not super comfortable but again - you get what you pay for, so for us it was ok. Cleaning could be better for my perspective, I appreciate a very clean environment. TV is mostly in Portuguese, except for the odd Hollywood movie (only live tv no streaming). There is some noise from the upstairs flat and hallway and there is a lot of construction going on in the close buildings that can disturb you if you like going to bed early / sleep in. But otherwise not a crazy amount of noise.

Great location. Comfortable space.

Has a washer but nowhere to hang clothes or drying rack and no hangers. Probably a perfect place for 3-4 days.

Everything you need is available.

Bathroom shower need to be replaced, Room heater needs to be updated and should be for both rooms

The apartment is located in a great location and is very clean. A great base to enjoy and explore the city

They only gave one set of towels for the 5 nights
