Location is the best thing about this place and it had air conditioning.

Only one bath towel per person was provided for a 4 night stay. Absolutely no place to hang any towels in the bathroom not even for a hand towel. We had to use coat hooks in the bedroom/kitchen and the towels would not dry out before the next shower. No soap was provided for the sink. They only provided 4 combination bath/shampoo packets total. There are no nightstands or a table for setting up a charging station. They also requested that we take out the trash. This required walking to a public receptacle a 100 meters away.

O chão e as escadas são de sobrado pode ser barulhento se as pessoas dos outros apartamentos não tiverem consideração por quem poderá estar a dormir. Haviam alguns problemas que advêm do normal uso do apartamento, pedimos para serem reparados, foi nos dito que seriam reparados de imediato mas quando saimos no quarto dia ainda nada tinha sido feito.

Die kleine Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und fußläufig auch vom Bahnhof Sao Bento. Es war alles sauber und für 2-3 Nächte passt auch die minimalistische Küchen-Ausstattung. Die Betten waren soweit gut-okay (nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich) und die Wohnung lässt sich für die Nacht mit Klappen verdunkeln. Die Klimaanlage ist angenehm leise. Ein kleines Set (Seife, Duschgel, Spülmittel, Putztuch) lag auch vor.

In der Wohnung und im speziell im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken. Das wäre ein wichtiger Mehrwert. Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren leider nicht vor Ort (das bereitgestellte flüssige Spülmittel ist für solche Maschinen eigentlich nicht geeignet). Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es auch eher ruhig in der Wohnung.

El apartamento estaba en una perfecta ubicación, todo limpio y bien acceso.

A pesar de lo anterior, lo que no me gustó fue el Ruido del suelo ya que era tarisma y parket y se notaba mucho las pisadas y el ruido de los vencinos.
