The room was clean, everything was working

The bathroom was really small and even with the door closed the water came out out, the stairs were really hard to take cuz it was narrow and with luggage it was really a torture

Crisp, clean and comfortable! Exactly as pictured. Perfect location in historic centre, close to small supermarket, ATM, Sao Bento railway station, shops, tram/bus, laundromat.

The shower base was frighteningly slippery when wet. No other problems.

Very central

There is an “Indian” restaurant in the same building so the flat smells like food the all time.

The apartment is cold. The hearing is not working. When we arrived to the apartment it was very cold inside and the heating was not working. More over there was only a very thin blanket in each bed. We immediately asked the property to fix the heating and to bring more blankets but they told us at 21h that it was too late to ask for nothing. So the first night was very cold, we almost could not sleep. The day after, we were insisting during all day that someone bring the blankets and fix the heating but they were during all day answering anything but not giving any solution. Finally in the evening they promised to bring a heating. But no blankets because housekeeping was already off duty!!! After having asked for them during the whole day!!!
