La localisation, la literie très confortable

Les quelques imperfections : porte serviette qui ne tenait presque pas, porte de la douche qu'on ne peut pas fermer et les fenêtres impossible a ouvrir

La struttura e’ centralissima, la camera e’ pulita, accogliente , con cucina attrezzata, unica pecca che il balconcino dava in un lucernario interno, e in bagno qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare , doccia grande e ben funzionante

Nulla, unico consiglio utile far trovare una bottiglia d’acqua sarebbe una attenzione in più per il cliente

Alles bestens

It was a really nice property in a great location. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and fairly quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful, allowing us an early check-in and a very late check-out, and they did a mid-stay clean which wasn't necessary although it was good to get more coffee pods. The equipment provided was excellent We really enjoyed our stay here despite the negative feedback that I am giving!

Firstly, they did warn us it was fifth floor, but we didn't realise that was more like ten floors as the building was so huge. The accommodation setup was odd, we thought it was a 2-bed apartment, but it was 2 separate 1-bed apartments with no shared living space, so we had to sit in each other's bedrooms. The windows wouldn't open/stay open so we had to prop them up to get some air in. There was a sign on one shower door that said "Do not close" so we weren't comfortable using that shower. However careful we were with the other shower, the floor flooded every time so soaked the bath mat. If there had been 2 people wanting to shower it wouldn't have been good as the bath mat was wringing wet after one shower.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as the photos show in a super location in the historic old town. Very comfortable bed. Helpful check-in and check-out information provided.

Unfortunately whilst the apartment is at the back of the building facing the courtyard so is very quiet and doesn’t get any street noise, the noise in the building travels very badly. You can hear every step the people upstairs take and people coming and going in the central stairs and is very loud.

Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The stairs are a bit of a challenge, especialky with luggage, but we knew about them beforehand so we were prepared. As another guest commented, they kept us fit!
