Appartement situé en plein coeur du centre historique, à 200m du Douro, nous avons pu visiter la ville à pieds... Très lumineux (balcon, 3 grandes fenêtres, hauteur sous plafond de 4 m...), propre, bien équipé.

L'isolation phonique est INEXISTANTE, la ville étant extrêmement bruyante (circulation automobile, poubelles, plus travaux de voirie!) il était quasiment impossible de dormir avant 1 heure du matin avec réveil à 7 heures pour le ramassage des ordures et les marteau-piqueurs à partir de 8 heures.
