O prédio não tem elevador. Há uma grande escadaria para chegar até o quarto, dificultando o acesso com malas pesadas. Para malas pequenas ou mochilas, o apartamento é perfeito.

"Great apartments in a central location"

Rooms were spacious with comfortable bed & sofa. Loaction was ideal & a short walk anywhere in Porto. The host was very responsive to any requests.

The steps up to the apartments! There is no lift. The apartments can be noisy from bottle collections at the front & other guests on their balconies at the back

"Avoid at all costs"

Great location in tourist central

Well it was way over sold, I know it is historic but come on this is taking it too far, toilet bathroom door couldn’t be shut from the inside it had to be slammed from outside, shower wouldn’t drain, and I’ve never never never, had noise from restaurant’s putting bottles in the rubbish right out side our window, but the worst is they empty it all night at about 11.00 pm and sometimes 3.30 and then at 6.30 and the noise is off the scale, one night they must have been doing some major maintenance but the started at 9pm but didn’t finish until 1.00 am in the morning with about 10 workers and cranes and all sorts of machinery, this appartment is sold as historic but forget that it is tired and not maintained and they are ripping you off avoid at all costs, read the negative comments and you will see all the same. We never saw anyone from the ownership there over 5 days, they don’t give a shit!!!

"Loved the apartment and Porto! Great stay!!"

Location was great. Close to waterfront. Lots of shops and restaurants. Apartment was divided into two separate units which was perfect for two couples.

La localisation est exceptionnelle, la chambre est très spacieuse, l’offre est totalement correspondante à la description, la propriétaire est très disponible.

L’évier et les toilettes sont un peu « petit », l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale.
