Ribeira Historic Apartments

The location is just incredible. Close to everything I needed. The cost is also superb value for money. Finally, the staff are very quick to message back if you have any issues.

Everything was just perfect.

Appartement charmant et propre, location dans le centre-ville

The apartment is beautiful. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable, with more than enough toiletries and good-sized bath towels. We loved that the apartment has pretty historic features and furniture without sacrificing comfort. The apartment is close to the Douro river and many good restaurants and local attractions.

Walking up the three flights of stairs to the apartment several times a day was not ideal, but understandable in an old building. Porto itself is hilly!

Deep communal bins outside the window, noisy at night with restaurants emptying glass bins and then the trucks collecting them early in the morning

Great location, beautiful building, the room is very nice and the bed is comfortable, very nice bed linens.

The taps in the bathroom were very difficult to turn off and we couldn't make them stop dripping. Not a deal breaker just a note. There was an outdoor patio table but it faced walls in a court yard that wasn't really open to the elements, again, not a deal breaker. Small note: the towels could be updated.
