Bruval Premium Apartments - Sé Porto

La ubicación es excelente, aunque nos costó encontrarlo. Hay que tener en cuenta que Oporto está lleno de cuestas y de con coche no accedes hasta el apartamento. Tienes que tenerlo en cuenta por tus maletas o por tus posibilidades de desplazarte: siempre que puedas, en Oporto, en deportivas. Hay todo tipo de servicios cerquita. El apartamento está muy bonito diseñado y está muy céntrico, podrás ir andado a todos los sitios de interés.

No tiene ascensor, no pasa nada, si puedes subir bien escaleras, pero tienes que ser consciente de ello cuando lo elijas, puede ser hasta el piso 4 y te tocará subir las maletas. El sofá cama es sencillo, no demasiado cómodo.

Amazing location, close to everywhere and was particularly ideal as I was going to Primavera Sound. Otherwise, easy to walk everywhere close to restaurants the beach and everything that you needed.

My only drawback was the lack of being able to wash clothes, but I understand the space is limited

The location was good - although there were roadworks very close by that started early in the morning, so it was quite noisy (but not the fault of the hosts).

The apartment smelt musty and there were areas which had not been cleaned properly - although the bed was comfortable and clean.

This was not a good experience. The property sent me two different links for check-in - neither link worked. So then I just had to text the hosts our passport numbers, which I think is very insecure and inappropriate. The communication with the hosts took forever, sometimes waiting hours for a response. When we got to the apartment, the sheets and other bed linens smelled rancid - like wet laundry left undried for so long it goes sour. I could not even use the pillows provided. There was an old blood stain on the sheets - like the sheets had been washed, but it's disgusting to see old brown spots on your sheets. The shower tiles had mold, and there is a strange shelf hanging at a slant in the shower so that you can't actually use it for anything. We arrived in Porto late in the day, and had to leave early the next morning, so we did not feel like we had time to acquire new accommodations, but if we had been in the city longer, we would have contacted Booking.com to inquire about staying somewhere else. All in all it was just kind of like - it feels like the property owners are resentful about having people staying in this apartment. Like why would you not make sure everything is clean and hospitable?
