Location was good & the apartment was nice plus quiet

No lift so had to haul a heavy suitcase up narrow winding stairs to the second floor. This should be noted in the booking

We needed a place at the last minute and we found one at bruval.

It was overall dirty The walls are less than paper thin Resources were limited The hot water heater leeked everywhere on the night. Staff attended to it promptly which was nice but we had to keep a plastic container under it to keep it from flooding the kitchen counter again Towel rack: broken Shower head track: broken and help in place with a butter knife Sheets: stained Blanket and pillows: stained and had what we assume was food on them No ventilation Tiles outside were falling off the wall onto the balcony Construction outside was extremely loud Other guests were yelling and stomping up and down the stairs at all hours When booking this space we were booking for one night but something went wrong and the booking had us scheduled for 4 days. Neither bruval nor booking would help change this. The space was so uncomfortable we went and stayed else at one point and used the apartment for bag storage. The location would be great if not for the construction.

On arrival at 5.30 pm the apartment was filthy, bedsheets stained, pillows unusable and very stained . Towels very old and stained, looked like had been used to mop floors !! Cotton tip under the cabinets, sidelamps bulbs missing and broken, headboard, dirty damaged and flaking . Shower, bathroom filthy and broken mixer tap, toilet roll holder , sink coming away from the wall, shower filthy , Mixer tap dangerous went from hot to scalding. Heating very poor, noisy (an old AC unit ) Mugs in kitchen dirty, and electrics kept tripping if more than two electrical items on at any one time. We contacted the owner who did apologise and sent out cleaners to clean and change all linen and replace pillows . But shower still dirty behind door, door didn't close , cotton tip left in place !! The whole apartment has not been maintained , decorated or cleaned , not a premium apartment as advertised . As it was New Years Eve / New Years day we had very little choose but to stay in the apartment , We paid premium price for a premium apartment which it was NOT Advertised on booking.com as 9.4 definitely NOT.
