Lovely spacious apartment in a great area and very close to everything. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The balcony at the back looked over a lovely garden that you also had access to. The host Maria, was so kind and helpful and even dropped in extra towels during the week. Would highly recommend it.

Delizioso edificio tipico di Porto con un giardino molto bello comune agli appartamenti. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Vari ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Equipaggiato con tutto quello che può servire sia in cucina che in bagno. La host Maria, molto gentile e disponibile.

Nuestra anfitriona muy simpática explicándonos en un mapa las zonas de Oporto. El alojamiento tenía encanto, muebles antiguos, una terracita que daba a un jardín. Es un alojamiento en un barrio antiguo pero el edificio tenía su encanto

La verdad no hay nada que no nos gustase, por poner algún pero, la cama de matrimonio sonaba mucho al ser antigua, por lo demás todo bien.

Our host, Maria, was very responsive and helpful. The appartment was spacious and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the possibility of using the laundry room in a beautiful shared garden.

Maria was warm and welcoming, attentive, helpful. Comfy beds, soft towels, fine linen. Well equiped, pantry items and bowl of fruit. Local food at restaurant/ bar next door. 601 bus to / from airport costs 2.50 euro

Need to be mobile for getting luggage up 4 floors and for walk to town. We’re in our 70s and coped ok!

The property was full of character and well equipped.

The shower pressure was a bit low but this wasn't a problem for us.

Cute, cozy apartment with lots of character. Met all our needs. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the balconies. Loved the neighborhood. Pretty garden. Umbrellas available. Good communication. Clean. Gift of fruit upon arrival.

Metro construction next to property. Not the fault of the host - it’s all over the city.

The location was amazing, and every destination was in proximity of up to 40 minutes. The beds were comfortable. I couldn't even wake up.

My kids thought the place was kinda creepy.

The location was excellent. Apartment is clean and well appointed. Easy walk to everything, especially the park and nearby cafes and restaurants. We especially liked Rosi, a few blocks away. Maria is a magnificent host: very kind, patient, and willing to answer all our questions. She greeted us and brought a map and noted points of interest and made eatery recommendations for our first even (which was excellent). She even left us a bowl full of fresh, local oranges and met us to say goodbye.

The only thing I didn't like was something over which Maria has no control. There is significant construction right next to the apartment. I'd seen comments about it from earlier in 2023 and 2024, so I had hoped it would be finished, but it wasn't so the jackhammering, etc at 7:30am wasn't ideal on vacation. Also, there is a bar on the first floor of the building so there was music and noise from that in the evening, though it didn't seem to go to late into the night. We sleep with a fan, so it didn't disturb our sleep.
