It is beautiful property, high ceilings and freshly remodelled. If it would be taken care of a bit more it would be perfect.

Kitchen - practically no supplies - no dishwasher pods, no washer pods, no coffee machine pods. No olive oil or any cooking supplies. Not even a kitchen towel. Just gross used kitchen sponge and soap. Towels - there were 3 of us and we were given 2 face towels. We politely asked for supplies and were rudely denied. Never had experience like this in Portugal or anywhere! Linens - weird dirt spots. Bathroom - drain is clogged and management is aware of it, so they put a note on a shower. But evidently they refuse to fix it. Which resulted in us turning water on and off in short intervals so it doesn't overflow. So if you want basic convenience of taking a shower, don't book this property. Location - on the busy and noisy intersection, be careful when you cross the street in Porto. Because some drivers are not.

Apartment is beautiful & clean.

Communication and follow-up was was poor regarding an issue we had with the shower, hence lower rating. Otherwise the apartment is lovely and Porto is fab!

Location, convenience, proximity to the heart of Porto, transportation in few minutes walk, neat and clean.

Smell in the bathroom due to Porto’s city canalization, would advise some smell senses or candles to reduce the bad smell.

location is perfect, 30min from the airport with the metro. shop is accross the street. the flat is very nice, comfortable

Good location, not really in the center but closeish. The appartment was really cozy, clean and well equipped. We also received a little welcome gift.

The was a dishwasher but no tabs, the host told us we have to buy some. Since we were staying jsut for 2 days and were traveling only with backpacks, we didn't see a sence in buying the whole pack of dishwasher tabs for usig the dishwasher once or twice.

All good.

Dishes and some lights were not working.
