Beautiful property, well equipped, very clean. Good location, 2 minutes from tube station, don't bother taking a taxi, get metro from airport. Atm next door. Lovely Supermarket across the street. Can easily walk to historic centre. Good restaurants nearby.

Communication could be better but they were very accommodating.

We couldn't enter the apartment.

I have been using Booking for ten years and this is my first bad experience in these years. The third floor without an elevator, we were not even there for a minute. And I had to book another place to stay in Porto. When the third floor is without an elevator and it is not mentioned, it is a kind of internet fraud. Making money at any price is not worth it. I PAID FOR NOTHING
