It is cozy and quite. Good value for money.

It is more or less alright. We’d suggest to place one more towel in the bathroom, because of all splashes from the shower.

About: This a small group of appartments created from the renovation of the so called "island" which is typology of low cost housing which spread within the city in the 19th Century in Porto. + Location and nice entrance courtyard. Good appartment for spring or summer. Access on ground-floor. Metro (Caroline Michaelis station) and shops nearby

- Insulation / heating, appartment not ideal for winter. Blankets missing, there was only a thin duvet per bed, we asked to the host but response was it was all they had. We had to search for more at a friend's house otherwise we had woken up frozen and sick. In winter with very low temperature this is not acceptable. Handrails in staircase missing (not as per norm), dangereous for old people. Microwave missing in this appartment even though we saw one by the window in another appartment. Bathroom not in same floor as the bedrooms, not ideal for old people.
