Central, very clean and comfortable

Directions to the exact unit were unclear ie all communications except one stated that it was unit 3 when it was actually unit 4a. This caused confusion for access and we were coming in late evening so it was a bit stressful.

The house was well located and it was spacious

The property was not as clean as expected, and on the first night, I was woken up at 5am by the sound of movement in the house-only to find 7-8 cockroaches throughout the space. When I contacted the property, their only response was to offer a refund for two out of the three nights, stating that I had technically spent the first night there (as I'd I actually managed to catch some sleep that night)... To make matters worse, they insisted I still pay the cleaning fee despite the clear hygiene issues. In the end I had to pay for an hotel, and lose a lot of money. Unfortunately, the host was not helpful, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Location, all kitchen amenities available

The apartment number 4 is humid and has mold on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. The mattress is not in good condition anymore. It lost its original shape and is not comfortable.

Good location, quiet environment, comfortable bed.

It rained in the bedroom due to a leak during intense rains, and the team didn’t answer when I tried to call them. The space was a bit cold but there was a plug in heater.

The room was very clean and fully equipped with all necessary appliances and even more then I would have expected (even the first-aid kit and toaster, not to mention such things as kitchen glove and kitchen towel).

The problem was with electricity. You couldn't plug in two even basic.appliances such as TV and toaster. There were frequent power cuts because of it.

Problems with the electricity that were not resolved and especially the check-in time...very late at 4:00 pm. The ideal time would be 12:00 pm, just like all other places! I was with my husband the whole day on the street, waiting for the check-in time! That was my biggest problem. Everything else was ok!
