The property was unique and in an area that was like an oasis of peace and quiet.

There was no way to get clothes and shoes dry and unfortunately it rained continuously during our time in Porto

Very clean and well equipped

Top step in the house was broken. I messaged ORM immediately after checking in to let them know and said it was quite dangerous, they said they will get it sorted at the end of our stay. Just 3 hours later my partner fell on this step and cut up the bottom of his toes quite badly. Grabbed the first aid kit quickly to get some bandages to find everything in there was expired and/or mouldy. Totally appreciate that this was outside of staff working hours, Silvia called me immediately the next morning to apologise and bought us breakfast on the house and a new first aid kit. However, this incident was in my eyes completely avoidable had the property been checked thoroughly before us checking in or for the step to have been fixed after I had let them know. It did ruin our trip as this happened on the first night and my partner was in pain (especially with there being lots of walking in Porto!)

Clean and comfortable, great location. The system of getting and returning the keys was very convenient

The way to the house has an irregular floor. The wheels of my luggage have almost broken. The floor should be smooth and regular. The presence of stairs in the house may be a problem for people on wheelchairs and elderly people
