LovelyStay - Allderman Apartment - Almada 3º F

Very nice property and great location in general

We were given the wrong code and wrong apartment number, also the address given on booking wasn’t (different address and google maps link). All of this made of check a nightmare, over 1 hour trying to find what our apartment actually is.

Perfekt centralt läge med gångavstånd till restauranger, sevärdheter, shopping och metro. Lägenheten var mysig, hemtrevlig, ren och bekväm – skönt att komma tillbaka till efter en dag i Porto. Extra plus för smidigt kodsystem istället för nycklar och utmärkt, snabb kommunikation med LovelyStay. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen!

Vi har inget negativt att anmärka på, allt fungerade väldigt bra och vi trivdes utmärkt.

Pleasant interior decor

Impossible to sleep as room windows are not isolated - although I don’t have sleeping issues, here I couldn’t Check in very confusing as staff didn’t know the codes from the door lock. We came into their “address for key pick up” - which is not the same address as on booking.com - to learn that “all details are in the email” Well, they weren’t. It took us 1.5 hour to check in.

The apartment was very clean and in a very central spot! It had a lovely vibe to it and added to our stay in Porto.

Emplacement impeccable Très sécurisé

On m’a donné un code erroné pour accéder à l’appartement sur leur site internet. J’ai essayé de contacter l’équipe à plusieurs reprises, mais sans réponse. Heureusement, j’ai croisé un membre du personnel de nettoyage dans les escaliers. Après plus d’une heure d’attente, alors que j’étais fatiguée, il m’a aidée en me donnant le code correct.
