Clean, modern, and included all necessities

It would be useful to have a bit more storage - even a shelf in the living room next to the dining table , and in the bedroom. The space is too small for a family of 4 because of the length of our stay , but would be perfect for a weekend.

Todo renovado, decorado con mucho gusto. La ubicación perfecta. Nos ha encantado. Recomendamos 100%

La única pega que podemos poner es que dormir en el sofá cama es un poco incómodo.

Lack of towels, lighting in bedrooms

Definitely the apartment has a "WOW" effect cause it is situated in the center of an old town with just amazing views to the river and Luís I Bridge from one side and the other side of the town from other rooms. Is also has a kind of balconies-windows, at/on which you can sit and enjoy the view. It is also tastefully decorated mixing modern things and cultural inheritance of Portugal. The kitchen is fully equipped for a good stay (may be only lacking a tea towel for kitchen use).

Well in advance we were messaged by the property management that the key will be in a safe box for us at 16:00 on the day of arrival. We arrived at around 17:00, but unfortunately the key was not there and we had to wait for the representatives of the property to open the door for us for almost two ours sitting on the stairs at the apartment (with tired 4 years old and 72 years old without possibility to use toilet or even wash hands). Some door handles are a bit "wonkey" and it may be hard to open some doors (for example bathroom door). The door of one of the rooms could not be opened from inside at all (if the key is not placed inside), so one time we locked ourselves and somebody should have helped us to open it from outside. After that incident we only kept the key from inside the room. But the biggest disappointment is that my husband was bitten by bed bugs :( Paying such a price for staying you definitely don't expect to be bitten by bed bugs.
