Carols was very helpful, spent time to show us around the unit, showed us where to visit on the map, provided local tips, sent details for places to eat and see. When we noticed there is no laundry detergent, he delivered the next day. Really thankful for his kindness. Details are the ones make a difference. The location is great. Close enough to the major attractions, far enough in a quite neighborhood with food mart and local restaurants within 200 meters. The unit has 2 air conditioners.

Need to go up 5 stairs to get to the elevator.

This was the next time I stayed here. A great place for both leisure and business trips. Very comfortable and nice apartment (especially after the recent renovation) with everything you need, stylish house and street in a great location. Carlos, who manages the apartment, is invaluable in his kindness. Actually, whenever I review this apartment, I'm a little afraid that it will be occupied when I want to come back :) but it's hard not to praise it.

The property is new, well modern decorated and clean. It is located just 10min walking from the center.

Aircons were a bit loud but we got used to it.
