Mouzinho Village River

The only concern as a group of women is the long time for the door to close. Specially at night. The apartment has everything, well thought good quality . Just a suggestion, a suitcase bench for each room would have been convenient. Other than that it was fantastic.

Extremely nice accommodation, very spacious, very comfortable and all amenities provided. Coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, shower gel, shampoo, soap all provided. There’s a lovely surprise of some bottled water and some pastel de natas when you first arrive too! The property is perfectly located, right in the centre of town, everywhere was easy to walk to and we didn’t need to get any public transport. Unusually there were loads of hangers provided too! Lots of storage/wardrobe space and very comfortable bedding. There’s a safe in one of the bedrooms and there was maid service every day to make the beds and clean the bathrooms etc and every other day the towels were changed. The air conditioning/heating works really well and is easy to operate. Everything was spotless, it all looked brand new, and all exactly as in the listing photos. It’s on a main street but the double glazing is brilliant, so it’s lovely and quiet. Communication with the host was via WhatsApp and very easy, they were very responsive and helpful. Maria met us at the apartment and showed us around and then she sent us loads of restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated.

스페인-포르투갈 가족여행에서 가족 모두가 가장 만족했던 숙소에요!! 왓츠앱으로 소통이 잘 된다는 점과, 요즘 셀프 체크인이 많은 아파트먼트 숙박임에도 이곳은 직접 내부 설명을 해준다는 점이 좋았고, 환대해준 Mariana도 고마웠어요. 바로 앞이 도로라 숙소에서 택시로 오가기도 편했습니다. 전체적으로 시설 넘 쾌적하고 물도 잘 나와요. 웰컴푸드로 제공된 castro 에그타르트도 잘 먹었어요. 청소서비스도 있지만 저희는 이용하지는 않았습니다. 상 벤투역이나 도루강 도보로 가기도 가깝고, 다음에도 포르투에 묵게 된다면 이곳을 이용할 것 같아요! 매우 추천합니다 :)

This property is super clean. It’s almost like brand new. It’s very spacious for 3 of us with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a clothes washing machine and drying rack. It’s a great distance for us first timers in Porto. 20 minutes walk to most of the major sites we wanted to visit. The restaurant a couple door down is owned by a 2024 Michelin awarded chef. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hostess Mariana was excellent. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Localização, limpeza e tamanho do apartamento.

A cama de casal é muito pequena e a borda da cama deforma devido provavelmente a baixa qualidade da estrutura. Todas as minhas noites foram muito mal dormidas, a acomodação falta panela antiaderente e abridor de vinho. Poderia ter em pequena quantidade azeite, pimenta. Não tenha sal mas quem nos recebeu Maria (conseguiu providenciar). Entendo que são queixas relevantes considerando o que se espera quando a escolha se baseia primeiro em qualidade e depois em preço. Pra mim infelizmente deixou a desejar. Durante a estadia após não dormir na primeira noite entrei em contato pedindo ajuda para uma solução pra cama mas infelizmente a resposta foi apenas que constava na descrição do anúncio que a cama era pequena… deixo o registro para que outras pessoas não deixem de atentar que a cama realmente é muito pequena. Não tenho absolutamente nenhuma dificuldade para dormir minha queixa podem acreditar que é relevante, fiquem atentos. Não voltaria a ficar na acomodação. No mínimo faltou empatia.

住宿時找不到房間窗簾的遙控, 退房時打電話來詢問廚房遺失的東西, 但我們並沒有使用廚房 另外我們有四個人每天只提供一瓶水似乎有點太少了
